Incomplete information will delay the processing of your application or prevent it from being submitted. All equipment-leased to rent and leased to buy from Montecorp including all contractor drivers (Truck and Trailer):

Must be returned to the company terminal location upon Quitting/Termination. 

If any driver does not return company owned equipment their CDL will be reported to DOT FMCSA and Credit Union. Additionally, It will be recorded on your PSP records as Equipment Abandonment! 

Please be aware that Montecorp holds rights to start the collection process to collect all overdue invoices! 

Please note as well that every driver is obligated to give 2 weeks notice before quitting, failure will result in a penalty.
